Quote

All quotes from Kiwi Spouting are valid for 30 days from issuance. Quotes are only valid on the goods and or services named within the quote.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated Kiwi Spouting standard payment terms are within 7 days of issuance of the invoice.

All goods supplied remain the property of Kiwi Spouting until full payment is received.

All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Spouting cleaning

Kiwi Spouting asks customers to remove all moveable objects that surround your house such as plants, flowers, furniture, toys, and washing. This allows Kiwi Spouting to have access to all areas around your property. Kiwi Spouting will take care when working around and above permanent garden beds, we will not be held responsible for any damage.

Kiwi Spouting are happy to work while there are dogs on the property. If at any time Kiwi Spouting staff feel unsafe we will leave and a minimum fee of $100 will be charged.

If the property has leaf/gutter guard installed Kiwi Spouting cannot clean your spouting. A fee of $100 will be charged.

Kiwi Spouting will make all effort to clean all areas of spouting that have been quoted/booked in. Any areas that Kiwi Spouting cannot reach due to obstacles will not be charged for.

Kiwi Spouting will not clean any spouting that is within 4 meters of a power line. These areas will not be charged for.

Kiwi Spouting can only clean spouting with a minimum gap of 30mm from the end of the roof to the face of the spouting. Kiwi Spouting reserves the right to charge a $100 fee to any customers who book a spouting clean with a gap of less than 30mm.

Although Kiwi Spouting doesn't use any water, there may be splashes from water within the spouting. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any items that are not able to get wet are removed or covered.

Silicone within spouting has a limited lifespan. Spouting that holds water or is dirty can decrease this lifespan dramatically. Kiwi Spouting is not responsible for any leaking spouting due to the deterioration of silicone.
